The Trintellas 44 and 45 have the same basic design. The 45 is 30cm longer than the 44. The ships were delivered as sloop and as ketch. The interior is derived from the 38, with extra berths in the front. The 44/45 was the last of the Trintella with a fixed keel. Just like all previous Trintellas this one is even heavily built and robust. How robust ? One even survived a category 4 hurricane:
